Conradine Barner Aagard

Conradine Barner Aagaard was the daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel and Groom in waiting V. T. Barner from Slagelse. She was a prolific author of light fiction until her marriage to a schoolmaster, writing under the pseudonym Annita Carell and publishing eight works in the 1870s. Besides her debut Biedermeier-Romantic work Armbåndet, 1871, she wrote historical novels and short stories.
